The goal of Guider Pro and its affiliates (“Guider Pro”) is to keep your information private. This Privacy Policy outlines your choices for the use of Personal Information as well as how we gather, utilize, and disclose personal data and information ("Personal Information").
Applicability of Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers all of Guider Pro's websites, along with any associated websites, our applications, and online services (collectively, "our Site"), as well as the participant platform for Guider Pro (referred to as the "Platform"). It also applies to other services, products, and activities (such as asking for help or attending events) that are covered by this privacy statement (the "Services"). You should not use our Site, Platform, or Services if you disagree with our Privacy Policy.
Furthermore, any other goods, Services, or ventures owned by third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy, nor are any third-party programs or software that are linked with our Services (collectively, "Third-Party Services").
Except in situations where legislation requires the mandatory storage of Personal Information for a predetermined period of time, we only gather and retain the Personal Information that is necessary for us to deliver the Services or to fulfill our agreements and commitments with users.

Terms of Processing Personal Data and Transfer to Third Parties
Unless a user voluntarily shares personal information for universal access by an unrestricted number of people (for instance, by publishing it on the Platform and/or Site), personal information is kept private. The user acknowledges that certain aspects of their Personal Information are made public by using the Services.
- We have the right to transfer Personal Information to third parties in the following cases:
- The Services user has given permission for us to do so.
- A transfer is necessary for the user to use a particular Service or to carry out a specific contract or agreement with the user.
- The transfer is required by law within the framework of procedures established by law.

To safeguard Personal Information against unauthorized or unintentional access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, dissemination, and other illegal acts by third parties, Guider Pro implements appropriate organizational and technical safeguards. Guider Pro and the user take all required precautions to prevent any losses or other unfavorable outcomes resulting from the loss or disclosure of the user's personal information.
Liability for Personal Information Loss or Disclosure
- Was already in the public domain when it was lost or disclosed.
- Was acquired from a third party before Guider Pro received it.
- Was revealed with the user's permission, in connection with the requirement for the user to use a particular Service, or in order to carry out a particular arrangement or contract with the user.
- Was transferred within the parameters of legal processes and in compliance with the law.
Dispute Settlement
For any problems resulting from the connection between Guider Pro and the user of the Services, a written or email claim submission (proposals for voluntary dispute resolution) is required prior to launching a lawsuit.
Within 60 calendar days of receiving the claim, the recipient must inform the claimant in writing or by email of the claim review's findings.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the court for consideration in accordance with the current legislation of Costa Rica.
This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the user and Guider Pro shall be governed by the applicable legislation of Costa Rica.
Additional Terms
Guider Pro reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
The new Privacy Policy shall enter into force upon its publication at:https://guider.pro/privacy, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Privacy Policy.
