This beach is small but fun to explore! Playa Ocotal has a small outdoor and free parking area and a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean.

The beach has black volcanic sand and quite a lot of stones; only in the middle is a small area with a clean and flat bottom.

Along the two edges of the beach there are rocks and coral reefs, which are interesting to snorkel around you can see a lot of fish, coloured corals, starfish and much more!
